LVT, or Luxury Vinyl Tiles, are a very practical and hardwearing flooring option. They are a hard vinyl based product which means that they are very easy to keep clean and maintain. The very nature of them means that design options can be added into your flooring, making the only real limitation your imagination. They are scratch resistant and durable, although a little softer than a laminate. The benefit with LVT is that minor surface scratches can be polished back out and resurfaced. LVT flooring needs to be installed on a perfect base and this makes the option a more expensive type of flooring when directly compared with laminate for example.
