Meet the Team
With over 20 years of fitting plus his prior industry experience, Tony has attended many training courses and seminars furthering his knowledge and skills. He is also a Quickstep Master Installer and a Balterio Master Installer too. Tony also works on a sub contracted basis for Floorskills Independent Inspection services and as a training instructor and fitting standards assessor for Floorskills training centre.

Chloe joined in 2010 initially working in administration before progressing to a role in our showroom. She has a great understanding of the industry and always impresses with her product and technical knowledge. As well as advising customers in the showroom with her expert knowledge, Chloe also carries out home visits and manages our accounts department.

‘Big Chris’ joined the team in 2015 and has been installing flooring for almost 40 years, specialising mainly in carpets but can turn his hand to hard flooring when needed. He has attended many training courses to further boost his knowledge and skills.

Chris joined the team as our apprentice straight from school in 2018 and received 2 years of intensive training through the Floorskills apprenticeship program. After less than 2 years in the flooring industry he achieved the fantastic accolade of QuickStep Master Installer and became the UK’s youngest ever Balterio Master Installer too. Since then Chris has continued to impress and upskill, constantly striving to be the best an push himself and the whole team forward.

Sarah joined the team in 2020 and has quickly gained vast knowledge of our products and services to help and advise customers in our showroom as well as working out quotes and booking installations.

Finley is the newest recruit to our fitting team joining in 2022. He can usually be found with Tony or Chris helping with hard floor installations.
