Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Paypal payment but can only accept orders from the UK.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch (Maestro).
UK orders are normally delivered within 4 working days, subject to availability.
Credit Card Security
For your peace of mind, when orders are placed at our website credit card details are processed on our behalf by PayPal using 128 bit SSL encryption, they are not sent or held on any of our computers.
YourNewFloor.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
If you are looking for an exact colour then please ask for a sample before purchasing (unfortunately we cannot offer samples of every product) as camera and monitor settings do not always give an accurate picture of the colour. We will refund if you are unhappy with the colour but all carriage costs will be at the buyers expense.
Please ensure that all measurements are correct before purchasing, all our vinyl floors and carpets are cut to order so we cannot offer refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes.
Whilst every item leaves us in perfect condition, very occasionally things may get damaged in transit. Please inspect the item for any signs of damage caused in transit before signing for it. If you think that there may be slight damage which will not affect the finished floor please sign for the item as damaged anyway and inspect it fully within 4 working days. If a claim is to be made against the courier the item must have been signed for as damaged and we must notify them of any claim within 5 working days. If there is more serious damage then please do not accept the delivery at all.
We accept faulty returns and sealed goods for refund or replacement, provided goods and packaging are in mint condition, and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
If you place an order and subsequently change your mind then please contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled but if the goods have already been despatched the buyer will be responsible for the return carriage charge.
